An exception ocurred while setting shared config DC (Event ID 4027)

During Exchange 2016 installation you may face below error. When you check in event viewer you may find out Event id 4027 for MSExchange ADAccess.

Exchange Setup will fail.

The reason behind this error is Net.tcp port sharing service. If this service got stopped or having issue then Exchange will not install.

You have to start this service to continue with Exchange setup.
